CANTERBURY RACES. [BY TELEGRAPH—PER PRESS ASSOCIATION... STOCKBURN, This Day. The Canterbury Jockey Club’s Autumn Meeting is being continued in favorable weather. The course still holding. The attendance is good. Results: Peorgwok Hurdles.—Southern Cross 1, Whatakura 2, Nova 3. Scratched, Stepenfiedt . Won by a head with four lengths between second and third horses. Time 3.28. Autumn Nursery.—Danube 1, ViceAdmiral 2, Formless 3. All started. It was a pretty race, being won by half a length, with a head separating second and third horses. Countermine was a head away fourth. Time 1.4.
