Messrs McMalion and Lee will sell by public auction tomorrow at their rooms, Reefton,: the coal mine known <~ »s "Louglinan's" of 30 acres, on Pro- ' gress Road, 6£ Vhiles from the Tteefton Railway .Station, together with accessories ; also four roomed dwelling - house, and sk-stalled stable with loft. The mine, is thoroughly opened up ' and' in good working order. The qua- j lity of the coal is equal to, if not su- : perior to, the best Reefton coal and has at present a large circle of consumers close to the mine and down the- line to Hokitika. It is beyond doubt the finest coal property in the ,-' Reefton district. To-morrow at Reefton, at 2.30 p.m., Messrs McMahon and Lea will sell by public auction freehold sections, containing . one rood nine perches, m Bridge street, with a large private boardinghouse erected thereon, together with the whole of the - furniture - and effects.
