[BT ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH —COPYRIGHT.] [per press association.] GUARANTORS’ LIMITATIONS. SYDNEY, This Day. Tho High Court, dealing with the appeal from the .decision of tho. lower Court that an Act was barred by Statute of Limitations from tho right of action against tho guarantors of the Loan and Finance Corporation, decided that it could have no regard to tho main objects of tho guarantee. It could only bo held as imparting an obligation that whenever tho debtor failed to pay any part of tho debt on demand, tho guarantors have to pay that portion, but that the Statute of Limitations did not begin to run against the guarantors for tho whole debt at that time.
