Madden, K.C.M.G., etc. By the verdict rendered by his nnnour these imitations were perpetually restrained from committing their nuisand had to pay all costs. During the trial of the above action, a sworn witness testified that he had to stop tho use of this counterfeit on account of the irritation it produced.
