Madden, Iv.C.M.G., etc. By the verdict rendered by his Honour these imitations were perpetually restrained from committing their nuisances, and had to pay all costs. During the trial of the above action, a sworn witness testified that lie had to stop the use of this counterfeit on account of the irritation it produced.
