In genera service, the horse ought to bo able to d work without harm. "TTMr Guinness: A person who had had some ordinary dealing m horses could easily be deceived as to the cause of the lameness. The slipped slmul ‘ would reduce the value of a horse. The horse in question might ho worth half its value, if it were in the same condition as it was that clay. To Mr Hannan: The shrinkage of Ihc muscle in the shoulder is permanent, hut he could not say the lameness shown that morning would always he the same. There was no question about its lameness that morning. His Worship proposed to look into .lie evidence, and would give his decision as soon as possible, possibly on Saturday or Monday.
