The nominations in connection with the County election, were made at noon to day when the following persons were nominated! — Waipijna Riding. Jambs Marshall nominated by Messrs Andrew Duncan and Thomas Lanberton. Nblson Creek Riding. Richard Larkin, nominated by Messrs John Nealon and John Collins. Brunnkrton Riding. Jambs Hargreaves, nominated by Messrs Thomas Henry Garth, David Lees, John Kennedy, and H, Magill. Benjamin Cox, nominated by Messrs Walter Heley and David Kidd.
Red Jacks Riding. Jbebmiah M’Caetht, nominated by T. Mullins and John Egan. Oobden Riding. Dennis Rtall, nominated by Messrs William Robert Kettle and Andrew M‘Kay. PABOA BIDING. Michael Hannan nominated by Messrs George Cray and William Claughsey. MAESDEN BIDING. James Finn nominated by Messrs Mathew Murphy and Edward Crowin, HOHONtT BIDING. Stewart Robeet Harris nominated by Messrs Martin Kane, Thomas W. Bruce, J. G. Donaldson and J. Petrid. James Bigg nominated by Messrs Catherine Nicholas, John Harrington and William Keeoh. Maori Creek Riding. William McKeohnie nominated by Messrs Frederick Eambrook and James Ilson.
James Baxter nominated by Messrs W. Baxter, T, Baxter and James Crook, Messrs Ryall, McCarthy, and Finn who were present at the nominations expressed , gratification at the confidence reposed in the'm.
