A PRACTICAL DREAMER.

Recovers Stolen Money.

Wanganui, Nov 19. The discovery of a stolen plant of moaey through the medium of a dream was told in the local court to-day. A man named G. Thurston, was arrested on the 12th charged with stoaling £ls from a boarder at tho Criterion hoarding house. No trace of the money could be found but on the 14th the man to whom the money belonged, told the Sergeant that he had dreamt that he saw Thurston plant the money at a spot beneath the town bridge. Tho prisoner was interviewed and confessed tho thieft.

He was taken to the spot and most of tho money recovered.

Accused pleaded gailty and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence,
