More Boers Surrender.
20,670 Kefagees in the Transvaal.
London, April 23. The Bogsberg commando of 108 men surrendered a l , Middleburg. Lord Kitchener warned the residents of the district under imrtial law that they wero liable to the severest 'penalties if found in arms or inciting rebellion. The British Princess, with a portion of tho New South Wales Imperial drift contingent has arrived fit Durban. In the House of Commons Hon Mr Brodrick stated that there are 20,670 refugees in the Transvaal. In the concentration carap3 all arc rationed alike. The children in camp aro receiving elucvion also. It is stated that tho weekly cost of the war is a million and a half.
