PEPPER'S GHOST.
Wo again remind our v readers that tonight Mr Northcote commences his season hero with the original Popper's Ghost entertainment. As beforo stated in these columns, the opening programme will be ■'The Christmas Carol," followed by -< Tho Haunted House." During the evening a number of songs, choruses, and specialtics, will ba introduced. Our exchanges speak most highly of the spectral effects presented by tho aid of the Spectroscope. Tickets for all parts of tho houso are at Mr Perkins's stationery depot. The management ask us to state that the ground floor of the Theatre is by far the best part of the house to see tho various illusionary effects to advantage.
