The Charitable Aid Board sat till midnight last night. Mr Geo. Austin, formerly of Coliingvvood, was appointed night porter at the Hospital. Air Allan’s motion that lees tor operations should be paid bv patients where able, insteau ot by the Board, was carried. May’s butter factory at Richmond was burned to the ground last night.
