Wilson.—Extended Claim and Tail Race, Kinsman's Gully. Mr Fletcher for applicant. Granted. F. Schwartfager.—Dam and Reservoir Druggan’s Fiat, Mr G. H Allan for applicant. Granted. Bray and Squires.—Occupation License Castles. Mr Fletcher for applicants, Adjournad for production of plan of areal R. S. Finnie.—Extended Claim, Lightband’s. Mr Allan for applicant. Granted E. Hibberd. —Water Race, LightDands Gully. Objected to by A. Finnie. Mr Allan, for the objector, said the grounds of objection were that the proposed race would cause damage to Finnie’s dam and dwelling. He called A. Finnie and J. Eyles in support of his contention. After argument, His Worship granted the application, subject to the race being constructed the specified dimensions. Glengyle Co. v. J. Howard Keep,— Cancellation of defendant’s Water Race, Richmond Hill. Mr Maginnity for complainants, Mr Pitt for defendant. Mr Pitt raised tho preliminary objection that the Race was under Protection. _ Mr Maginnity submitted that "Protection was obtained under a misrepresen • tation, and had no effect in law. His Worship ruled that the proper course to pursue would' be to apply for cancellation of the protection. The com plaint must be dismissed, without costs. Glengyle Co. v. Red Hill Co.—Cancellation of numerous Mining Rights. Mr Maginnity, for complainants, withdrew the complaint. N. Hamlet and Party.—Water Race, Pavapara. Objected to by Red Hill Co. Mr Maginnity for applicants, Mr Pitt for objector. After evidence h/id boon taken, counsel Lor objector said ho was satisfied little . damage'could he done to the objecting company’s riglits, and , the application was.granted.
