Hamilton, March X After a short retirement the. jury returned a verdict of Not Guilty in the Supreme Court in the case in which Cecil Wright, vendor, of Fran kton was charged with causing actual bodily harm to his wife. This charge was the outcome of a domestic quarrel which culminated in tlie husband throwing an iron weight :n* the direction of his wife and accidentally striking her on the head, resulting in a fracture of the skull, from which she at one stage was in danger of dying. Tlie, evidence showed that the parties were now living happily together.
