Cable) (Received March 1, 2.15 p.m.) Shanghai, Feb. 28 Reports disagree concerning the casualties in the Japanese aeroplane brought down on the border of Siberia, by a Soviet gun. Some statements say the whole of tlie crew arc dead and others alleged none suffered death. Vet another report suggests that the culprits were bandits, whom the Japanese aviators were reconnoitring.
