RUMOURS IN AUSTRIA
MONARCHIST MEETING (Aust. and N.Z. Cable) Vienna, February 27 Following a great Monarchist demonstration in one of the largest halls in Vienna it is widely rumoured that Archduke Otto. Pretender to the throne, is arriving by air from Belgium. Prince Starhemberg attended and Dr Dollfuss sent a message wishing the meeting success, so it is reported. The speeches were vigorously proHapsburg. including one by Dr Kempnors, Dollfuss’s chief secretary. The old Imperial Austrian National Anthem was sung at the. close with the addition of a verse declaring “Otto must return to Austria.”
