February 2P The Daily Telegraph’s correspondent at Vienna states that Prince Starhemberg. in an interview frankly declared that the new Austria would neeompletely anti-democratic and absolutely Fascist. “An early return of the Hapsburgs as private citizens may be expected, and their confiscated property will gradually be returned to them, but their restoration to the throne is a delicate question and not practical politics today.’ 7
