ATT EN I ) A N CES AF F ECTE D (Per Press Association) Ashburton, February 28 All epidemic of measles is affecting school attendances. At one school, 2-3 per cent, of the pupils are absent, and at the Technical School the Principal lias not seen such low attendances for fifteen years.
