ORR MAKES A REPORT 'Aust. and N.Z. Cable) (Received Feb. 28, 2 p.m.) Sydney, Feb. 28 William Orr, the young Antarctic expeditionist who escaped from the Marama, telephoned to the LT.S.S. Co. saying he would visit its office and explain his position. But he had not dime so. up to a late hour last night. The police are searching for him as he is prohibited from landing.
