WETHERS SLIGHTLY FIRMER At the Johnsonviile sale yesterday heavy hullocks showed a decline on late rates, while medium and lightweight bullocks were on a par. Venters met with a keen demand. Wethers met with n dull sale. Ewes, which were of better quality than last week's yarding, could be quoted as slightly easier. Spring hi mbs and hoggets were keenly sought after. Prime extra heavy hullocks £9 5s to £8 15s: prime heavy bullocks £8 7s (id to £7 15s; heavy bullocks £7 10s to £7 ss: prime heavy (uws and heifers £6 3s to £5: runners £3 8s to ££2 15s.
