PALAIERSTO.X PICTURES REGENT THEATRE 'Tile White Sisti/7’ Metro-Gold-wyn-Ma.ver’s great dramatic offering with ITek'ii Hayes and Clark liable in the stellar roles is at the Regent Theatre. The picture is strongly emotional in content. Botli Miss ITayes and Mr. Gable are given full opportunity for romantic acting in their portrayals. Miss Hayes is an aristocratic Indian girl and her costar a soldier, with whom she falls in love shortly before her intended marriage to another man. PALACE THEATRE Tom Walls appears at the Palace Theatre in his latest comedy triumph, “Leap Year.” The part of the philandering baronet he impersonates with such effect in the lav-ishly-mounted, mirth-provoking play gives him the chance to dominate almost every one of the 36 scenes and to demonstrate just how effective a true comedian can he when he has the material to work on. He is well supported by Anne Grey. ROSY THEATRE Two features again make the programme at the Rosy Theatre. Buck Jones head the programme in “Forbidden Trail.” j- ri-roaring western melodrama.
