NAZI DICTATORSHIP SOME MORE ARRESTS (Anst. and N.Z. Cable) (Received Sept. 11, 1.15 p.m.) Berlin. Sept. 10 Two prominent Prussian State attorneys, Dr. Tochler and Dr. Bender, also Hr. Herman, of the Prussian Ministry of Justice, who formerly conducted the political prosecutions have been sent to a concentration camp, accused of overzealous prosecution of Hitlerites and undue leniency to “criminals of the former regime.” A well known South German Judge, Herr Fischer, lias been si nt to the Stutgart. concentration camp for refusing to give the Hitler salute in Court as prescribed in the new regulations.
