HARD WORKING DUCKS FEATS IN LAYING EGGS (Per Pre*s Association) Christchurch, April 8. A score of 981 eggs in 3G3 days was established by three Khaki Campbell clu-cks in tlie 1932 egg-laying tests conducted by the New Zeala l t.ilitv Poultry Club at Papa mi i. 11 is claimed to be a world's record. Tlie ducks were owned and bred by Mr F. Ashworth, of Riccarton. The individual scoring was: No 1. birdj 313 eggs; No. 2, 325; No. 3, 346. The total beats the. previous club record tv 55. Another fiaie performance was put up by three Indian Runner ducks belonging to Air A. G. Ross. They also broke the previous Record with 902.
