An imsinkable Eaircy bomber designed for the Royal Air Force fleet’s air arm. was .successfully demonstrated at Feltham. Sjm*( ial floteation bags arc fitted inside tin* fusilage. The pilot merely pulls a string and a rubber dinghy emerges from the top wing fully inflated. At the conclusion of the tests a batlesliip ran over the plane, which remained afloat unharmed.
