TO AUSTRALIAN TRAWLERS TO FISH OVER HERE (Auat. and N.Z. Cable) Canberra, March 10 »\n official proclamation exempts from primaige- duty fish caught by Australian crawlers outside Australian waters. The proclamation is a sequel to trawlers’ recent operations in New Zealand waters, which raised official doubts as to whether their catches were liable to primage.
