OIIOT A ASSOCIATION THE ANNUAL MEETING With All- AY. L. Grice, chairitjpn of directors in the chair, the fifth annual meeting of the Oroua Co-operative Rural Intermediate Credit Association was held yesterday afternoon. The annual report (as published) was adopted. Air .1. 11. Bradley was reelected to the Directorate and Air A. -1. Geary reappointed auditor. The chairman referred to tip happy relations with ihe Public Trust office, regretting- Air Henderson had severed his connect ion with the Public Association, and welcoming Mr Frey-' burg. Mr Frey burg was grateful for the welcome and acknowledged the kindly references to Air Henderson. Thanks were accorded the Chairman of Directors, Mr Grice. Air Seddon, secretary and his staff received the cordial thanks of the shareholders Air Seddon acknowledging ihe thanks and recognising the loyalty of his staff and the careful and wholehearted work of the directors.
