AIR McNEIIL VISITS THE KIXT7 COX ERXOR’S RESIGNATION ACCEPTED (Aust. and N.Z. Cable.) Rugby, .October 3. The King received Mr James McNeil, Governor of the Irish Free State af Buckingham Palace to-day and approyed of his relinquishing his office. Air McNeil, who had fravolled from Dublin had a long audience and ai’cerwax-ds remafpted to luncheon with the King and Queen. According to a statement issued i.n Dublin it is proposed' that the duties of Governor bo .temporarily discharged by a, Commission of three. Judges, including tho Chief Justice.
