DEAD-HEAT IN SOLENT LACE THE KING ON BRITANNIA (Aust. and N.Z. Cable) London, July 29. Wearing bright yellow oilskins, the King boarded liis yacht Britannia at Cowes and raced n the Solent against .Candida and WtN'.waiyl.
