TO BE DECLARED BANKRUPT A JUDGMENT UNSATISFIED PROCEEDINGS IN COURT (Aust. and N.Z. Cable) Winnipeg, June 28. An application, to have the Mam tobr, wheat pool declared bankrupt wais (made 'to' the Supremo Court on behalf of tlie Terminal Grain Co. The hearing of the application was deferred. The company claims that a 75.000 dollars judgment against the pool has not been satisfied.
