S< >M E ST * N SIT IXE TO-DA Y Weather renditions have improved to-day. Last night the rain cleared < IV aftei a very wet week, and left a clear, coll atmosphere. There were falls of snow on the Ruflhine range's, which are mantled almost to the base, and this morning* the sun rose in an almost cloudless sky. Tho countryside generally is almost waterlogged, and a streteli of fine weather will he welcome.
