M.AKF.RU A DRAINAGE BOARD TO GO INTO CAMP (Pet Press Association}. Palmerston. June 9. At to-day’s meeting of the Ma kcrua. Drainage Board, the district engineer of the Public AAorks Department reported that the 1 nemployment Board had decided to establish a single men’s relief camp at Coley’s Bend ou the .Ma.nawa.tu River in connection with the deepening of the Tanpunga cuts. It is anticipated that the w.,rn will absorb 200 men lor a period ot four months.
