He announced his appointment after a visit with the President at the White House. HE jokes will bo used in Mr Hoover’s anti-hoarding campaign. Air Rogers said: “I am the only member of tlie commission. So i know it will be run right, and 1 intend to appoint a lot of sub-com-mittees. It is a real honour and I am to go out to fix up some jokes 1” make folks laugh so much they will put their money back into circulation ”
