PALMER BEATS O’MALLEY BIG BOXING MATCH (Aust. and N.Z. Cable) Brisbane, February 7. Ambrose Palmer outpointed Jack O’Malley and gained the heavyweight title of Australia. Palmer won practically every round, scoring mainly with his left : also lie took severe punishment unflinchingly.
