GOOD SERVICE AWARD TO CAPTAIN lIAMSAY It wag announced in London by the Admiralty that Captain the Hun. A. R. M. Ramsay, D. 5.0., husband of Princess Patricia, daughter of the DtTkq of Connaught, has been, awarded a good service pension of Ll5O a year in succession to Captain S. R. Bailey, who has been promoted to rear-admiral. The award of a goodscrvice pension is granted for “distinguished service at sea,’’ and is the Navy’s stepping, stone to flag rank. Captain Ramsay has been Commodore of t«V* Royal Naval Barracks at Portsmouth since 1929.
