Ramsay, D. 5.0., husband of Princess Patricia, daughter of the DtTkq of Connaught, has been, awarded a good service pension of Ll5O a year in succession to Captain S. R. Bailey, who has been promoted to rear-admiral. The award of a goodscrvice pension is granted for “distinguished service at sea,’’ and is the Navy’s stepping, stone to flag rank.
