Paris police will shortly be equilrped with small ' electric amps, at--tached to their helmets and connected with an accumulator carr ed at the waist, so that, when they are doing point duty at night, they maybe clearly visible to motorists. The neat kepi cap, which gave a dapperness to the French police, will be replaced bv a dark blue helmet with a white border and band.
