TWO ACCIDENTS

BOY KNOCKED DOWN A 14-year-old boy, Cecil .Tames, a son of Mr H. James, of Stoney Oreek road, was run ilow-n by a lorry outside tlio Bunnythorpe Glaxo factory yesterday. The boy was riding a cyc-l e near the factory and as a result, of the accident sustained a compound fracture of one h‘g and severe abrasions to the other. H e was admitted to the Palmerston North hospital and last night was reported to he in a satisfactory condition. FEILDINGITE HURT Suffering from neck abrasions sustained in a motor cycle accident on the Palmerston-Feilding road, Mrs A. Walls, of FeiUding, was yesterday admitted to the Palmerston public hospital. X-ler injuries are not serious.
