MANAWATU COUNTY ROADS
GRANTS FOR HIGHWAYS The Main Highways Board has authorised the Alanawatu County Council to proceed with the permanent improvement of the road from Foxton racecourse to Rangiotu, a 12 miles length which will be treated with hot mix, and to fiinsh the Mount Stewart road, 60 chains, to be done with the three-coat method.
