Tim Education Board to-day discussed the proposal that the annual summer vacation of primary schools .- hovtld he ttnken in February ami early March, instead of December stud January, so as to got the best weather. It "’as decided to call a conference of bodies interested. It was mentioned that if the proposal was adopted the Government should he asked to extend its excursion fares to early March.
