WILL NOT SUPPORT REFORM STATEMENT BY MR HOWARD After a speech which amounted to a general condemnation of the United Government’s admmist ration, at » political meeting in Frankton, Mr E J. Howard, Labour M.P., for Christchurch South, in answer to a question, said the Labour party had moved a vofcp of no-confidence in the United Government, but the Reform party •d not suiJporfced the motion. If tbs Reform, party moved a veto of noconfidence then Labour party would not support’ it, because the Labour party had pledged itself to turn Tteforui out of office.
