DECISION OF LIBERALS (Aust. and N.Z. Cable) (Received March 10, 2 p.m.) London, March 18. A meeting of (lie Liberal Party, Air Lloyd George presiding, unanimously' decided that owing to file situation of tile Naval Conference it would not b P in the national interest to create a crisis in the House of Commons
The Liberals will therefore abstain from voting in divisions on tlie vital amendments of the Coal Bill, the committee reserving liberty of action on tile report and third reading stages.
This removes the danger of the defeat, of the Government on Thursday on the minimum coal prices amendment to the Bill.
