PROPOSED RESTRICTIONS (Aust. and N.Z. Cable) London, March 18. Murder by poisoning is to become more difficult, and practically impossible, if the recommendations of a departmental committee are carried out. It is proi>osed to establish a Poisons Board, on which the Government Departments and medical and scientific societies will he represented, to devise the strictest precautions*.
