THE CORNWALL REFLOATED (Aust. and N.Z. Cable) Curacao, March 17. The steamer Cornwall, stranded at Curacao, lia s been refloated and towed to Caracas Bay and anchored. There is a foot of water in No 1 hold The starboard turbine is disabled. A diver is examining the hull.
