BUILDING THE BOATS (Aust. and N.Z. Cable) London, March 17. The Oxford crew luis not yet arrived. but the boats for tlie ’Varsity race are nearing completion. Both are being constructed from the same cedar log, each G2J feet long, but the Cambridge heath is 233 inches or 1-8 Inch wider titan Oxford’s, because th e crew average two pounds heavier.
