ELDERLY WOMAN INJURED
KNOCKED DOWN BY CAR RETURNING FROM THE RACES | Per Press Assochitlou Te Aroha, March 18. When proceeding lmme in his mo tor oar from the Paeroa races las evening at 6.-15 o’clock Albert- Hirst a farmer at Elslow, knocked down Mrs Fitzgerald, aged 70. in Whitakoi Street, causing her severe injuries. In the Police Court this morning the case was adjourned till March 2o to enable the victim to recover sufficiently to give evidence.
