LADEN WITH OIL {Per Press Association) Wellington, March 7. The whaler Kosmos and six chasers are due a{ Wellington oil Wednesday from the, Ross Sea,. The Kosmos carries 116,000 barrels of oil. Alter taking in stores the Kosmos proceeds to Norway, but the chasers will winter at Wellington and undergo overhauls.
