ANNUAL COMPETITIONS OVER 1000 YOUNG ATHLETES GAY SCENES ON KOWRAT PARK The tenth annual sports meeting of the Feifiling and District ih.biic Schools Amateur Athletic Association is being held on Kowhai Park to-clay. For the 54 events on the programme over 1000 children have nominated! representing 25 schools, and as each school has its distinctive colour worn by its representatives the Park is elaborately gay. Though there was a shower of rain between 8 and 9 o’clock this morning, the weather soon cleared andi conditions for fhe sports are .lost about, ideal.
