None ol its schemes have thus far produced the supply of such articles as any ordinary person needs in daily life. If it were not for the backbone presented hi' the . ordinary Russian peasantry» who go on leisurely providing fresh; capital to the national exchequer in- the shape ol grain deliveries, there would be no Soviet 111 Russia to-day.
