GROCER’S SHOP BURGLED
NEIGHBOURS AND A NOISE (Per Press Association) ; , Palmerston N., Sept. 7. The premises of Air E, C 7. Hammond, grocer, in Ethelwoocl' street, were broken Niiito last night. Casn and cigarettes to the total, value »•! £lo were taken. ** Mr Hammond, who does not reside on the premises was informed by neighbours. A crash was heard at the shop at 1 o’clock.this morning and -it, is bglieved that this noise was made by thh burglar making bis entry.
