DIVORCE COMPLICATIONS
EACH PARTY ENTITLED TO DECREE (Per Press Association). Christchurch, Sept. 6. An unusual divorce action was heard in the Supreme Court to-day before Mr Justice Adams, in which bo[h principals involved admitted the allegations made in the petition, and the cross petition, and the question to he decided was who should take the decree nisi. It Avals suggested t'l’int both, be granted decrees. Fridcrick James Booth (Mr W. J. Hunter') asked for « divorce from Lucy Agues Booth (Mr C. S. Thomas) on the ground of adultery, ant. cited Thomas Weir as co-respondent: Tl ie wife filed a cross petition charging the husband with a similar offence with some person unknown... Mr Thomas said that the allegations Avero admitted by each side.
