MONEY TIGHT IN DUNEDIN
FAILURE NOT WILFUL (Per Press Association). Christchurch, Sept. 0. In a maintenance ease heard by tbe Magistrate. Mr , Levvey, to-day, the defendant, said that bis failure was not wilful. He bad been in Dunedin and money was so tight down there that even the big business men could not pay their way. The Magistrate adjourned tb 0 eas 0 for a week, so that the accused could apply for a reduction in the order.
