AMERICA APPROVES (Aust. and N.Z. Cable) (Received Sept. 0. 11.30 a.m.) Washington, Sept.. 5. Col. Stimson, Secretary for State, announces that Senator Elihu Root’s formula for America’s adherence to the World Court had been formally adopted as tlip Hoover Administration’s project. The United States was fully protected against, the dangers anticipated by the Senate. The acceptance -was conditional Upon ratification by the other Courts and members and- about a year was expected to elapse before the ratifications were complete and the formula could be Submitted to (lie Senate.
